Fred Maglione is the Chief Executive Officer of OmegaFi, a company that stands at the intersection of fintech and fraternity. Fred is involved in all of the day-to-day operations including product development, marketing, customer support, mergers and acquisitions, fraud protection and data security. He drives growth and innovation within the company.

An attorney with more than 25 years of experience in the nonprofit world, Fred has also earned the prestigious designation of "Certified Fund Raising Executive" from CFRE International. Much of his early career was spent raising money for fraternal house corporations, foundations and other nonprofit institutions.

He earned both his undergraduate and law degrees from Florida State University. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Club of the Chattahoochee Valley, the St. Anne-Pacelli School Board and the Greater Columbus Georgia Chamber of Commerce. He is licensed to practice law in the states of Florida and Georgia.

Fred and his wife, Sarah, have two boys, Nash (13) and Sean (11).
