Participants will learn the six essential punches of boxing and one defensive move; this is a total body workout as after they do the bag side of the workout, they will switch to the bench side where they will do HIIT/strength style training.
How long is the demo/class?
Demo class is 30 minutes (6 rounds - 3 on the bag and 3 on the floor.)
What do you need to bring?
Rumble will provide gloves, towels, and hand wraps.
You only need to bring a water bottle and be ready to have some fun :-)
